1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VYRN ("the App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use VYRN.
These Terms apply to all users — free and paid.
2. Eligibility
To use VYRN, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
If you're under 18, you should use VYRN with parental supervision.
3. Your Account
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- One person = one account (no multiple accounts)
Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Choose a strong password and don't share your credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use VYRN for any illegal purpose or in violation of laws
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access VYRN
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our services without permission
- Upload photos of others without their consent
- Circumvent any security or access controls
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you upload (wardrobe photos, preferences, etc.).
By using VYRN, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and display your content within the app
- Process your content to generate outfit recommendations
- Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
This license ends when you delete your content or account.
6. Intellectual Property
VYRN, its logo, design, code, AI models, and all related content are the exclusive property of VYRN and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without written approval
- Create derivative works based on VYRN
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Free Tier
VYRN offers a free tier with core features. No payment required.
Premium Subscription
- Premium features are available via paid subscription
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime via your app store account
Refunds
Refunds are handled per Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. For billing issues, contact vyrn.app.hello@gmail.com.
8. Termination
You can terminate your account anytime via Settings → Delete Account.
We can terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account remains inactive for over 2 years
- Required by law
Upon termination, your access ends and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
VYRN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI suggestions will always match your taste perfectly
- The app will be compatible with all devices
- All bugs will be immediately fixed
Style suggestions are recommendations only. Final fashion choices are always yours.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or ₹1,000 if you're a free user).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will still apply.
